At bagsha, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your handbag or clutch bag purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process designed to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, returns requested after the 30-day return period cannot be approved.
We accept returns for both:
- Defective or damaged items
- Non-defective items returned for personal reasons
Conditions for Approved Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories must be included
- Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, bagsha will cover the return shipping cost.
In such cases, a prepaid return label may be provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
Customer Preference Returns
If you would like to return an item because of personal preference, ordering the wrong product, or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Restocking Fee
We believe in maintaining clear and transparent policies.
Restocking Fee: $5 per approved return
The applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be submitted by mail.
Step 1 — Contact Customer Support

with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if the product is damaged or incorrect
Step 2 — Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within approximately 24 hours with return instructions and the next steps.
Step 3 — Send the Item Back

Refund Process
Once your returned item is delivered to us, it will be inspected to verify eligibility for a refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Refund Currency
All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD).
Exchanges
We currently support exchanges for eligible items.
To exchange a product, customers may first complete the return process for the original item and then place a new order for the preferred replacement product once the return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the order may instead qualify for return under this policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized products
- Final sale items
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or required accessories
